Its founder, Arthur Basley, has been operating as a facilitator, coach, business psychologist and speaker for over 20 years. He is cited in the best selling career coaching book by Dr Robert Edmondson as a global coach.

Our team of dedicated experts have all held leadership or management positions for at least 10 years and all coaches are accredited by the international Coaching Federation and/or graduates of Co-active Coaching via the renowned Coach Training Institute.
